I would say my experience with Jim Lanatti was great. I was able to connect with Jim through my brother and I can say he comes very well recommended. He is very professional and knowledgeable in the real estate. From the first time we spoke he was able to provide me with good information of the home listings. He has great communication skills which makes it great to better understand what's going on when your in the process of buying a home. One of the things that stands out to me while working with Jim is that once an offer was accepted we were able to close in two weeks and two days. We met Jim in 2008 when he helped us buy a property. When we were ready to sell, even though we have friends who work in real estate, it was no question we were working with Jim again.

Jim has handled 2 purchases and 3 sales for us over the years and as crazy as it is to say, and knowing how stressful (and exciting) the process is, but we really enjoyed the whole transaction.
